Envelopes: Envelopes provide the finishing touch to an invitation or card.  A nicely packaged envelope will bring the excitement of an invitation before the envelope is opened.  But, we much also be careful because the Post Office has final say over what is delivered and what the rules are on addressing envelopes.  They also carry size, weight, and thickness requirements.

Our motto is to be as creative as possible with the envelope on the outside, adding color and cool font options.  Inside the envelope, you can always add lining. It is a splash of color that highlights the announcement, invitation or card being sent.  Our standard envelope is white; however, we do offer other colors as well. As for size, we stick with the industry standards to avoid mail and postage issues. Flat cards:

Flat cards are just that, flat.  No folding, no scores. The flat cards vary in size from a response card (3.5 “ x 5”) to a large postcard (6” x 9”), with many steps in-between.  Most flat card wedding invitations are 5” x 7”. Menu cards are usually 9” x 4” or a bit smaller. Others fit nicely on a 5x7 card.

We are flexible.  Tell us what size you would like and changes are we can fit your design choice on that size card.  For instance, you might want a directions card that is 4” square; or a recipe card that is 4” x 6”.  Whatever your card purpose, we try to accommodate you. Most of our images will work on any size card.

Invitations: Our invitations or announcements come with a detailed die cut image, plus attachments such as the envelope, ribbon, event card, or other pieces to make a complete package.  Everything you need to complete the invitation is included, including the occasional glue dot or even a toothpick. All of these come in one of two options for envelopes, either the 6” x 9” or the 5.25” x 7.25” size.

Standard envelopes are white.  Ribbon is sent according to the shown image on the website.  Any changes can be requested. There is no cost to change a ribbon color but there is an upcharge if you want two ribbons.  It does cost extra for colored envelopes or lining. Place cards: Place cards are available in most of our designs; however only some place cards have die cut pop out images.  The standard flat size of our pre-cut place cards is 5” x 4”,m so with a score, it folds to 2.5” x 4”. For our flat/scored place cards without the precut image, the size may vary depending upon customer need.  Glitter can be added to the place cards.

Gift Tags:

Our gift tags are either mini die cuts, flat cards, or folding cards.  The flat or folding cards are usually about 3 or 4 inch squares and use the image of the larger die cuts.  The mini gift tag ‘die cuts’ are small version of a larger invitation, about 3 or 4 inches high. These mini die cuts have many uses such as an add on for place cards, decorations, gift tags, add ons for invitations, or even to make a folding card or larger flat card.

Depending upon the size, type of use, and design style, envelopes may come with the gift tags.  The die cut minis do come with either cord or ribbon. It is also stylish to add a ribbon to a square flat card gift tag.  Glitter can be added to the gift tags, particularly the mini die cuts. Folding cards: Folding cards come in various standard sizes and we can print a card using almost any of our invitation designs.  Tell us the folded size card you want, and we will get a proof to you for review. All folding cards come with matching envelopes.  Many folding cards will have a ribbon, depending upon the style you select. Glitter can also be added.
